We want you to be fully satisfied with your Novatrix purchase. This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for requesting a refund, and applicable timelines.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return of your Novatrix product(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- The product has not reached or passed its expiration date.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Due to hygiene and consumer safety regulations that apply to food supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened packages, unless the product was received damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened supplement products (unless received damaged or defective).
- Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Products that have been used, altered, or stored improperly (e.g., exposed to extreme heat or moisture).
- Products purchased during a promotional or clearance sale, unless they are faulty.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contactaskinfo-@wlixaruncrthulal.world with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).
- Other payment methods: timelines as determined by the payment provider.
Refunds will cover the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contactaskinfo-@wlixaruncrthulal.world. Orders can be cancelled without charge if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
